Within sixty (60) days of receiving an appeal, we will provide a written response detailing any action taken or not taken in response to the appeal, including an explanation of the reasons for the decision.

If you are a resident in the Commonwealth of Virginia and your appeal is rejected, you have the right to file a complaint with the Attorney General.
