BOLLE California Rosé is made through our patent-pending twice-fermented winemaking process, blended from 44% Grenache, 43% Cinsault, 7% Carignan, and 6% Mourvèdre -- a classic Provence-style blend dealcoholized and crafted entirely in California. 

Unlike non-alcoholic rosé wines made from grape juice with added flavors, BOLLE starts with real wine and ferments it twice. The result is a bone dry, still non-alcoholic rosé with genuine Provence character and just 3.0g of naturally occurring sugar per 100ml.
