Shipping Policy

1. SHIPPING ADDRESS AND HANDLING

1.1. All orders will be shipped to the address you provided when you submit your order. Your responsibility is to carefully review your shipping address before submitting your order. We will not accept any responsibility for deliveries made to the incorrect shipping addresses you provided. If you provided us with an incorrect shipping address, you will not be eligible for refunds or replacement.

1.2. You are advised to provide us with a secure shipping address so you, or a person authorized by you, can accept the delivery of your order and handle it appropriately. We will not be responsible for any theft or damage if you provide us with an unsafe shipping address where your parcel will be left unattended.

All risks in the product will pass to you after the shipping service provider’s tracking reflects that your parcel was delivered to your specified shipping address. We will not offer any replacement or refund for any loss or damage arising from an unsafe shipping address.
 

2. SHIPPING METHODS

2.1. We use FedEx as our shipping service provider. During checkout, you will be presented with the available shipping options and their associated costs. FedEx offers both same-day delivery and overnight delivery options.

Same-day delivery option is particularly suitable for perishable products.
Please review the options carefully before making your selection.
 

3. SHIPPING COSTS

3.1. Shipping fees shall be calculated based on prevailing FedEx shipping rates, the weight of the order, and the inclusion of dry ice (if required).

Dry ice is necessary to maintain the frozen state of perishable items during transit.

FedEx provides live quotes during checkout for you to review before
payment. Including dry ice may affect shipping costs, but it ensures the products arrive in good condition.
 

4. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

4.1. All orders shall be dispatched exclusively from our designated location during our standard operating days, Monday through Friday.

Orders received later in the week may be held for dispatch on Monday.

 

5. DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

5.1. The estimated shipping times typically range from same-day to overnight to ensure prompt delivery. If your order has not arrived by the end of Friday, please get in touch with us via email at team@chezsapphire.com,
providing your order number for assistance. While we strive to meet the
estimated delivery times, please understand that unforeseen weather events or logistical issues occasionally cause delays. We disclaim all liability for any loss or damage incurred by you or any other person due to any delay in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances. By placing your order, you acknowledge and agree that we are not liable for any spoilage during transit due to delays or other reasons.
 

6. SHIPPING AREA

6.1. We currently only ship to the following locations: Washington, D.C.
(Metropolitan Area), the Commonwealth of Virginia and the State of Maryland.
 

7. LOST OR DELAYED SHIPMENTS

7.1. If you believe your shipment is lost or significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please immediately contact our customer support team at team@chezsapphire.com. We will investigate the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
